Active Learning: The Secret of a Successful Circle Time
Sing and move along to delightful music designed to keep young children actively engaged and enjoying themselves. These songs and accompanying activities encourage children to work together as a group; build listening and concentration skills; and inspire individual creativity. This participatory workshop is an opportunity to learn new songs and ways to use them in the classroom. Teachers also get in touch with their own creative spirit as they co-create new music and age-appropriate activities. Includes handout and CD or cassette tape.
 If you are a preschool in Michigan, you may be eligible to get a grant from the Michigan Wolf Trap Program to have Julie come to your classroom and work with children, teachers, and parents.¬Ý
